Supervised Memberships!​
 

Our supervised memberships are offered to students who have taken multiple courses with us and have proven to be able to work and clean up independently.

​

Supervised Membership would provide access for you to come and work independently in the studio during class times while having access to an instructor to answer questions.

​

The dates would be from: 

October 26th to December 20th.

​

All work in progress needs to be on the "ready to fire" shelf before December 13th so that it can dry, be fired and ready for glazing week starting the 15th.

​

The studio would be open for you:
Monday to Saturday 10:15am-1:15pm

Monday to Thursday 6:30pm-9:30pm

​

The cost would be $680 for August 31 to October 24

plus the cost of your clay ($30/per bag)

We prioritize the Wheelhouse Pottery community, it's members and the enjoyment of a wonderful working environment for everyone.

 

Benefits of Membership

• Join our Wheelhouse Pottery community to learn and grow with other potters.

• Supervised access to studio facilities and equipment.

• All the needed equipment including:

• 4 dedicated member’s Shimpo Whisper wheels available while classes are running.

• 2 kilns (bisque and glaze kiln with Advancer shelves)

• A selection of studio dipping glazes, underglazes and 'Wonderglazes'

• Tools for wheel throwing

• Workspace for hand-building

• Aprons and towels

• HEPA air filters to help keep our air quality as safe as possible.

• Clay will be provided to Members at a cost of: $30 for a 10 kg bag for new clay (1/2 box)

• $10 for a 5 kg bag of reclaimed clay if available. ​​

This would offer more flexibility in timing during week and allow for more visits to the studio.
